The writing style is really good, but what you have so far of the plot seems a bit cliche.

You should get Palringo (that actually saves chat history for months unlike xat so if you wrote a story on the chat or ideas but didn't save it, you could always retrieve it). There's also (http://) palringo.im if you can't download it.
