Childrens Book

I am writing a children's book for English I anyone who could help me with the pictures would be greatly appreciated :0 Not sure if this goes in Requests, but since I'm making it  hmm  Anyways, right now the Title is: Arnolds Aqua Adventures and it's basic plot is that there is a baby hippo who lives next to the river and wants to go exploring in it. His parents buy him a diving suit and he goes down. It's dark and he can't see until he meets and befriends a glowfish (my new fishy) who shows him around. He meets a bunch of other fish, and makes lots of friends. Then he goes back home and introduces his parents to his new friends and lives happily ever after. Feedback is appreciated  big_smile

Sounds nice for that age. I would say it needs more of a plot, but I guess that's not really true for little kids' stories.

Ya, it will have more, that is just my outline. Plus little kids look at the pictures, not necessarily the words.

Sounds good enough if it's aimed at children. Do you need pictures for it, then? I'm not exactly the best at drawing (and I'm much worse on a computer than on paper) so I don't think I can help.  hmm

I might be able to do some.

You could try making a project and linking it to some artist's pages, like chocomax, Spirit_Cat, Artisticat, etc. I think a collaboration would be pretty cool  smile

Also the plot sounds interesting.

Sounds pretty good, but add an enemy appropriate for the kiddies. It gets boring if it's only about meeting friends.
