its may 17 5:07 and i still need a password and stuff, why cant i get in (the timezones could be different but its still may 17)

There will be access to it in the next 5 hours or so.  The scratch team need to get to work and turn off the password for you to be able to get access.  The current time where the scratch team lives is 6:10 AM.
NOTE: It could be earlier than 5 hours, and it probably will be.
