oh, pages!  I can't exactly do sub-domains unless you register a domain name.  Then, I can do sub-domains.  And the marquee element?  Sure!

So when should I start programming the OS?
The type thing would be easy to do
Collab-type I don't know how due to mesh
Paint I have a lot of experience, I could even make a save feature for it.
What other features are there that I should program?

Got that. I'll make 5 lists for it with a maximum of 9,500 for each list until it stops. How many saved files should I make for it? How many colors should I allow?

I can't do rainbows if I do saved files or reverse motion things. Saved files is basically where you can save your picture while still being able to start a new one. There can be up to 9 colors if I do that or it's going to take me a while.
