I don't really think this is practical. For one, as far as I know portable gaming systems like that are a pain to code, so the Scratch team would get a run for their money. And, they'd have to learn that way of programming, which is completely different than that of Squeak or Java. Plus, I don't think it would boost PSP sales.

I've used scratch on my psp before. There is a homebrew psp program that lets you control your conputer with your psp.

no i think that there should be a scratch iPhone or Ipod Touch app. that way when i have to go some where i can still do scratch on the road

You can still do it with PSP...
Anyways, all portable systems are, in my opinion, impractical.
Think of it this way: it would delay the future releases of Scratch.

It is kinda bad on my psp. The control stick is a poor mouse replacement and its harder to see things with the small screen.
