How can you allow the people using your Scratch to type on the keyboard and letters appear, or click on the page and write? Please reply! Thanks a load. I've tried using when *letter* key pressed change character blocks and it's no good....

Still to this day it has been a hard task to create a almost 100% perfect typing program on scratch.Hopefully when Scratch 1.4 comes out that problem will be fixed but to this day it is very hard to do.

You can make it so that it has one costume of each letter and depending what letter it uses it move a diffrent amount of x such as if you tye m it moves 8 x but if you type i it moves 3 x.Then, you make a list and you make it add on the lettter you typed every time you type one and then 0 for backspace.then, so that back space won't get screwed up with the diffrent typring x changements, you make it go into a completely white costume (or the colour of your backround) and then make it go back depending on the last letter of the list then delete the last letter of the list. Then you can have a colour tool to select the colour of your typer by changing colour effect and for balck you set brightness effect to -100.<when[I'm]clicked>
