Ive.been looking for a site to host a webcomic. Ive explored Weebly, Blogger and even some HTML. But Comic Fury seems really nice. How useful is it? Is it reliabe? Are there any drawbacks or other sites that can do potentially the same thing.
Thank You!!

I've never used Comic Fury, but Smack Jeeves is very good. You should consider using it.
Why does it censor *?

We had an issue with some inappropriate material on a comic being hosted there and decided to censor the site. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Oh, ok. Thanks.

Plus most of the comics are BL comics so it probably would've been censored anyways (and don't look that up either)

To go back to the original question:
Yes, Comic Fury is pretty good. I'm using it for my new webcomic that I am starting. It allows you to customize your layout without any knowledge of HTML (although you can opt to use HTML also), and uploads are pretty easy. It's very easy to manage although sometimes I find navigation of the "Manage Webcomics" page a little hard. I'd recommend it, although I haven't tried any others as of yet. Why don't you give it a try and see how you like it?

Heyy Aidan,
I found this thread while researching webcomic hosts. Comicfury seems pretty good, but maybe you can help me confirm this:
http://comicfury.com/moreinfo.php
on this page it says it hosts your webcomic without putting ads on. Is that really true? If so, it certainly wins out over the competition. And on * I think you have to pay for more space or something.
I'd be eternaly grateful if you could help me XD

Just an update for others who might find this thread:
Since I didn't get a reply I just tried it. They do indeed offer the option to not have ads, but they also give you an option to display them, which is turned off by default. It all seems pretty respectable, and the site offers a lot of options. Can be a bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it it seems pretty good. XD
I also tried drunkduck but that was really reallyyyy slow for me lol.
