hey falloutgeek, I love that idea! Could I join, i'd love to help you! My specialties are graphics, and ideas, though i sometimes have trouble with programming. I think this would be a great learning experience, and I'd love to take part in it! Please at least consider me join ing you with this project!

I hate how collabs just stand frozen in time. Is this one like one of those? is the head of the collab gone?

That's an idea I thought a lot about... but my idea was... complicated : for me, the player could choose his district, each one with his own characteristics, like 1 and 2 are strong, 11 are quick, 12... you can find by your own ^^ and we 'd do that for all districts... but that's very big because you would have a lot of characteristics... After there would be a "random generator" for map (but on scratch, would be difficult, because you have to make a big map... so there would be many maps chosen randomly)... Then you have to program all the behaviour for the districts, 12 would escape and try to survive, 1 and 2 would hunt the others...
And I surely forget many possibilities, so we could do it, I 'd be glad to help you, but is it really possible to do without an enormous LAG of Scratch... I did a beat them all once, there was only 1 level, and you were able to change between 3 characters each one with there own capacities... it can't run, too big for Scratch... we could find some tricks to forget this "little" BIG problem... but how ?
If you accept I can help you, but once again, I'm not sure it could work !

Keep in mind although I know what it is about from people, I havn't actualy seen the movie or read the book. Perhaps I could work on the multiplayer and you could possibly work on the campain?
Who knows what the final product could be?

there's no campain, there no team's, only 1 winner, no flag;just death match
if hungergames = Capture the flag = not about the rebels and 13:th district = no purpose else a happy triving nation (lol)
