How do I put them in?

Rightclick in a blank area, and choose 'add comment'.

Then drag the newly made comment and connect it to any block in the script (the block will be highlighted).

Speaking of comments, am I the only one who has trouble with them coming detached from the block they're supposed to be connected to? (Even when it shows the line.) I'll load it up later and they'll be in the wrong place.
