I haven't been on Scratch for almost a year, and everythings so... different. Don't mind the date I registered, I'm nightmarescratcher.
Can you guys help me? What's Scratch 2.0?
What happened to the forums and misc.?

Hello.
Scratch 2.0 is the newest version of Scratch which has not yet been released yet.
The Scratch Team is releasing a prototype from May 17 to May 21.
Miscellaneous and Inspiration And More were closed and archived.
Lavender Town Syndrome/somelia is...not to be mentioned.

Ahaha I knew it was you. Technically you were avoiding a ban, which is worthy of another ban...
2.0 is the next version of Scratch, they're releasing an alpha from the 17th to 21st May.
Misc. got deleted because it was too hard to moderate. Though they're not actually, a lot of people think my forums are a replacement.

nightmarescratcher. He was banned for like five months and was secretly using this account to circumvent it.
BTW in case you're wondering how I knew, your email on MusicWorld (ahaha, those forums were awful) is similar to your username here.
