Have you heard of node.js? It's this really neat web server thing that you can probably set up in 15 minutes (including download time) and with a little more fun you can probably even find out how to make a webbysite!  smile

.js is JavaScript, isn't it? I don't think that's exactly adequate to run a server.
I still recommend using one of the AMPs (MAMP, LAMP, WAMP, or XAMPP).
