You can create a signature using applications such as GIMP, paint.NET, Krita, or myPaint.
Upload to a imagehosting website such as ImageShack and copy the direct link they give you.
Navigate to the top of the Scratch forums, click Profile, Personality, and paste in the direct link between [img] and [/img].
