I laugh at the Bronies vs. Brolans arguments. I seriously do. One factor that I think leads to that is the fact that I am neither (though I'd honestly want to side with the Brolans more, so sorry 'bout that).


The thing is, the reason the argument stated is one of the stupidest things about it. "Brolan" was apparently offensive to the Bronies. I guess they thought is was a major case of Rule 58, but so is a lot of Brony material.


MyLittleBrony is the biggest battleground for this, so if you want a good laugh at other's stupidity, go there.

Actually it was to do with mememadness and April fools, to be honest I hate Dolan completely because there's no actual humour, it's just someone who's made a comic with a duck and terrible grammar, where's the funniness in that?

The argument started because they wanted to call themselves bronies, but the thing was that there were only 10 brolans on the whole site, so it was just a big flaming ground for morons who didn't understand that the term bronies was taken and it suits MLP fans more (pony, bro, homie) rather than Dolan fans (bro, Dolan) and Dolan comics were just used by mods to be annoying and not understanding at all.

Here's the situation MLB was placed in, apparently, the whole site (not just MLB) was being attacked by people who just swore a lot, they got past the swear filter the same way you can here, and because nobody else had 1 thing in common (apart from Pokémemes, but who actually goes on that?) they decided to push through a picture of Dolan violating Fluttershy with the caption "shh loev an tolerit" with the title "Your punishment for abusing the swear filter", this got bronies super mad because they weren't actually abusing the swear filter, I mean, some were, but it was hardly something to pin down to bronies. After 6 hours or so it was taken down from the site and never spoken of again, and to be honest I'm quite sick of the site, the mods don't get memes and they're allowed to go around flaming people.

There's also the mememadness thing, the mod said on the brony vote "Today is opposite day, so all post towards bronies goes to the fruit men" and on the fruit men "It's not opposite day, so all votes towards the fruit men go to the fruit men", the mod was removed, bronies won, and then nobody ever spoke of it again.

My point? Brolans only exist on the memebase network, just. I highly doubt that they're going to spread, bronies have something to be a fan of, MLP, brolans just make and view terrible comics which they'll grow out of after a month or so.

Looks like someone beat me to making a symphonic/prog-esque metal cover of This Day Aria. The first two verses are a bit awkward, but from 1:31 onwards it's just so wonderfully epic. Thoughts?
