Check the "Compress sounds and images" box.  smile

At huge top of scatch, you'll find things such as "edit". I'm not sure which one it's in, but you'll find it at the top.

Re: How do you compress your game?

On the menu bar, click on "Edit". Click on "Compress sounds" or "Compress images" (whichever you want to compress). Just be careful - compression is irreversible and can make images and sounds appear worse, so you might want to have a back-up copy of your project somewhere just in case you don't like the compression effects.
