Annoying Project Notes Bug

I got a message saying my Project Notes on one of my projects was inappropriate, but I went to the project and no notes showed up. I'm using Firefox 11.0 on Windows 7. I deleted the message since it seemed fake, so I can't show a screenshot of it.
