Kid Icarus Uprising is a good game with a fairly fun multiplayer, but the game does let you exploit the power system with the right powers and weapons, in order to troll everyone in multiplayer. Here are some of the best combinations for doing so:

Samurai Blade (About 3.5 star melee)
Most important modifiers: Running Speed, Melee dash attack, Burning
Powers: Trade-off lvl 4, Lightweight lvl 3, Transparency lvl 1
Turn all powers on and proceed to run around the arena, trolling everyone

Flintlock Staff (About 5.5 star ranged)
Most important modifiers: Forward dash charge shot
Powers: Trade-off lvl 4, Energy Charge lvl 4, (optional) Quick Charge lvl 1
Stand somewhere out of the way, and snipe everyone, dealing TONS OF DAMAGE
