I believe s/he is trying to say:
On a remixed project, for every 10 love-its received, 9 love-its should be given to the original project.

Oh.
Well what if you loved the remix but didn't love the original? And how would you decide which user's love-it doesn't count? And lastly, why should they get love-its anyway?
