I keep loging out randomly even when Im not logged in in to places!

I keep loging out randomly even when Im not logged in in to places,like after I literaly spent a hour putting in scratchblocks on these forums i just loggout!It always happens when I first get on(but Im not sure thats a glitch).  mad  Its horrible!
