Flash Player not working

The Flash Player will not run at all. I have tried re-installing Flash, and using another browser. I'm using Windows 7 and I've tried Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome. Whenever I roll over the image it says 'You need Adobe Flash to play this'. Flash games on other websites work fine.

The Java player won't work either  yikes
