Same it is because you have tried to mod scratch you must wait till scratch 2.0 is out (Maybe scratch day!) so try to keep the modding to a limit!
If that dose not help please send a screen shot.

No. It does not help since I have not touched the Squeak Smalltalk that is behind Scratch, All I have done is downloaded two Scratch modifications, which are BYOB and Panther. I open them with Scratch, since i'm on Windows 7 - it's quicker.
I'm back.
