Yeh, let me post them. They are all B/W style though.

The newer the better.  It makes the maps seem more authentic.

Yeh, what do you  want it converted into (GIF. , PNG. Ect.) Just search jpg to what ever you want to convert it to up, and you can just convert it.

I just found out when you're saving it just add a .PNG to the end...
Do you know if it was from 3D, or 2D mode?  It might've been 3D, since it was so hard to recolor.  The color blended in everywhere, making it hard to find a good palette of colors.
