Pixel Production:Official Thread

This is a serious thread and collaboration...either you are in or out. We are like any other collaboration group...we are making a series called monkeys vs everything. Every game will have a different enemy...like the first one could be squirrels. If you are interested contact me. I will post the characters once I have some good people.

Eh, no! You could have 8-bit productions, or pixel programmer productions. Just change it, unless you want to merge with my company

That's not usually how it works.  In the outside world, when there is a dispute about who owns the rights to an image or a name, it's usually the person who has first established a history with the material that gets the use of it.  That's probably how we should decide it here as well.  Hopefully you two can find an acceptable arrangement.

I think that one is Pixel Productions, one is PixelProduction, they are different names, so there should be no dispute, and if there still is, stor took the name first, so he owns the rights to it. Then again, neither of you got an official trademark or patent on either name.

I hate the new vector graphics  sad
