I took a look at your projects and it seems like you are using a very old version of Scratch. You are probably downloading projects made in Scratch 1.3 or higher, which is giving you the bad header error.
I recommend upgrading to Scratch 1.4. That is the current version of Scratch and should open any Scratch project on the website up to this date.
