There are a lot of tools to make animated GIFs, which you can probably find using Google. I use GIMP, but it's a tad confusing.

there are a bunch of premade animations online, and i used those. I just copied one onto a file on my computer, went onto my stuff, clicked change picture, and selected the picture. it was something like that

What you're looking for here is a special animated type of picture file called a GIF.

You can Google "gif" and find some sites with GIFs for you to use, (there are all kinds, so don't worry about being limited) or you could make your own with a program such as GIMP.
