Yeah but you could use android app inventor and make something within 10 minutes On the iOS you have to know Objective-C

Why not make it cross-platform using HTML, CSS and JS and upload it to OpenAppMkt. Then you can find a way to store the contents on the device to allow offline use.

I dont like inventor sorta stuff .. knowing actual code worths more i mean for example the wix html5 editor or ibm's manquttea [ name maybe wrong ] both are worthless and write totaly ugly code ,,,, a real programmer can codee more optimized and powerful code in even less lines
