Anybody know how to make an instrumental version of a song?

Im trying to get an instrumental version of Parry Gripp's "Turtle" song for my scratch project.

I can't really download anything because my computer is a little off right now.

I was wondering if any of you can post a website that can make instrumental version's of songs (it has to be free) or if you guys could make one for me

I tried searching for it but couldn't really find it...
use something like instrumental, karaoke, midi

It's easy, just play the instruments yourself and record that
