WeDo Robotics and Picoboard

Hi, I was just wondering if it's possible to buy the WeDo Robotics kit or the Picoboard at a store.  smile

Will Scratch 1.3.1 work with WeDo robotics or do I need to download Scratch 1.4?

1.3 will work.  All versions 1.3 and up will work.
