How do I upload a picture onto my project?
If u know how to, pleez post it on da forum. It would reeeeeely help! Thanks!

If you are trying to bring a picture from the internet into your project, you can just drag your browser to the edge so you can see both the browser and your open Scratch project. Then, try dragging the picture from the browser to the Scratch project and dropping it there.
If you are trying to add an icon or avatar picture to your My Stuff area, just click on the Change Picture link and upload your picture file (it has to be pretty small though).

You can just save the picture to your computer somewhere where you know where it is. Go into your scratch project and go to the sprite column and click upload and click on the picture you wanted and click OK. You can cut out the parts of the picture that you don't want by clicking edit.

Click on embed (On every project) for the project you want on your website and put the code into your website maker.
