You can have more than one project in the same category (you could even have one first and one second), but they wouldn't both appear on the actual frontpage at the same time.

No, no, at one time, only one of your projects can be on the front page.

But will it remain in The Top Viewed Page until the other one gets out of the front-page?

No, the project won't be considered top viewed at all unless it's the only project top viewed.

You can if you use two different accounts, like that one time with Medic and GladOS2

True. GLaDOS2 is Spy-TF2, but not Medic.

Well GladOS2 once said he was talking to Medic on Skype, so unless he was talking to himself...
