Font: either Fusion, Neverwinter, or Unreal Tournament.
Tex/Slogan: I don't care, as long as you include something unique to our company
images: include this image somewhere in there.
Notes: Be creative

Can I have a simple signature? I'd like it to have a black/gray background and 500 wide by 100 high. I should also have my name ( Ecliptic ) in a light gray in the center or one corner.
