The size limit for projects is 10 MB, but just a picture shouldn't be close to that size. Do you have music in the background? Music takes up a LOT of space. What you should do is click on "Extras", and find the 2 options called "compress sounds" and "compress images". If you have sounds, compress them. The lower the quality, the smaller the size. If not, compress the images (even though the shouldn't be that big). The same thing goes for the quality.
Or do you mean you can't upload an avatar?
