Re: Dual Booting

iDeneb worked for me.  It's just kind of techy.  It is not just for HP, check Google here.

SED is temporarily abandoned while I move onto new areas, such as AI with pathfinding, individual reactions, and group communication.  More complex projects are also brewing.

An 800 MB file takes about 15 minutes for me to download regularly.
To torrent the same file takes like five.

Really?  Like 1 gb downloads for me regularly in a little under 30 minutes on a good day (when my internet is not flipping out), but takes longer torrenting.

I guess it just depends on server speed & the number of seeders...

Yeah. I was downloading a Debian Raspberry Pi ISO on the release day, so that may have helped.  tongue

And I think I have pretty good internet. I downloaded a video from YT that was almost a gig, and it took about eight minutes to download that. It really just depends.

Re: Dual Booting

The 8gb torrent I had to download took around 12 hours  tongue  I just leave it running all night. Most of them only have around 50 seeders though. Anyway. Is there any program, where I can just select an iso, and when I boot my computer, I can just boot with that iso?

1.83 download
.17 upload

Yeah, mine is HORRIBLE! My grade was an F  tongue

A .dmg is like an ISO but for Macs I believe. This might be helpful.

But now we're back the square one. I already have an iso. I just need to figure out how to boot it.  hmm

It may, although I don't know if you can boot OS X with GRUB or Syslinux.

Just tried it. Doesn't work. Maybe I could find something that works for linux, and just go into linux and do it quick.
