No, not really. This Scratcher just wants to know what people would like to see in a scratch project. Usually a sticky is something important, or an index.

I see what you mean, but this is not a type of topic that is usually stickied.
only a small amount of regular scratchers have been stickied so far - including me, so I know what you need. Guidelines like this and this are usually more worthy to be stickied, because these topics are more informational whereas this topic depends on voters' perspective.
