After a week of continual testing and coding in Panther I have successfully made a racing game!
[MO] Triangle Racing v1.70.zip - Here's the project. It'll ask you for a nick ( used to record times for winners ) then it'll ask you whether to 'create' a game or 'join' a game. 'create'; will create a game and then you can wait until the other players connect then press enter. 'join'; Type in the IP address of the computer hosting the game and then press enter and wait until the host starts the game.
Currently it only supports four players ( due to me not wanting to duplicate sprites, add variables, change settings to duplicated sprites, and modifying other variables and stuff ). I was hoping to make it a little more like Mario Kart, but... I was to hasty to wait and release the first official version of the game and a bit to lazy to create the objects, etc.
Please tell me what you think and bugs you have found. One bug I know of, is sometimes it doesn't start it the correct position, not exactly sure why, if you can tell me how to fix that, it would be nice.

Thank you very much! (I'm curious how you found this, it isn't exactly easy to find topics I never really advertise.)

I know this is off topic, but how did you make your signature have 3 lines?

He added lots of spaces after the last word of the second line, so it spilled over. Old trick from the TBG's, I think.

Hardmath123: Yes and no.
Multiple spaces to overflow the signature is the basic idea, but not how I did it. I didn't get it from the TBGs either, I never go there.
Either way, it's a trick that used in the ascii triforce. (Google 'ascii triforce', but be careful what sites you go to, some of them aren't the most appropriate)

@^^
True! Too bad for some reason it doesn't show up on your profile. I'll speak to Jacob about this interesting glitch.

Nice game Magnie!
Is there a public server we can connect to?
Thanks, but sorry there isn't. This was an old game I had made before I understood how to make public servers. The way it's coded also makes it harder to make a public server.
