I prefer the arrow keys. The two control scemes are actually made for lefties vs. righties, and being right-handed, the arrow keys seem the most comfy.

Well, not for games that require constant moving and aiming. A lot of people use arrow keys for less involving games.

If you're using the mouse: wsad
If you're using other keys: arrow keys
If you're using both: try to keep all additional keys around the wsad keys, and use wsad
To me, it is basically about using both hands and keeping them a comfortable distance away from each other.

To people who say, "WASD 'cuz steam games"
Go to options and change the controls. Same thing with minecraft, and anything else.
I'm left handed, and I use my left to aim. My mousepad it towards the center of my laptop, so using the arrows is not awkward. In fact, WASD is closer to the mousepad than the arrows. It's also better because of all the arrows around it. CTRL, ?, SHIFT, INS, and 1, just to name a few. In TF2, my last weapon switch is /. When the round starts, I go primary and melee. When I need to switch, just press it.

I can see what you mean, but I have a few left handed friends in your situation that still prefer wasd. I think that if your left handed and use a mouse pad (which is pretty uncommon, more are righthanded and use a mouse) you can pretty much choose. In that situation, they both are about equal so it's pretty much personal preferance.

I use wasd for everything possible becuase I play games that require the mouse and keyboard. Though I play runescape which uses arrow keys for moving the screen (kinda like the c stick for the gamecube) so I hate whenever I have to use arrow keys.

On minecraft, I use arrows to move, mouse to look, space to jump and, to place blocks, because I have a mac and there's no right click I have to control+click. I can do all of them at once and I manage fine :3

Honestly, neither. The only game I really play is XPilot, and I use mouse steering.
But if I had to pick, WASD, because that puts the mouse in my dominant hand.

I prefer WASD better especially in games such as Minecraft because the arrow keys are too close to my mouse/touch-pad.
This reminds me of a small large batch file that I made that uses the WASD keys.

(With mouse)
WASD keys if I'm right handed,
Arrow keys if I'm left.
Never use either though, usually its QWER 'cus I normally play LoL or HoN or whatever.

Wasd, because ssf and ssf2

I like the WASD keys because it gives access to other keys easier then the arrows. That's only my opinion though...
