I have just started using Sense/Scratch. What does 'setting keypress to true' in a character stack actually do? I've read something about Boolean idead of TRUE and FALSE, etc, but in practical terms? Thanks.

Do you mean this?

set [keyPressed v] to [true]

That sets the variable "keyPressed" to the value "true".

The SET TO block sets a variable to the value given to it. You can learn more about variables here. smile
