Hello mods, scratch team and all others.. I'm applying to be a scratch curator for the third time. My history on scratch has been really mixed up, but overall I am fair. I remix a lot, but not only remix projects like "add your self stepping on the beach"although I did a few. I remix projects by unknown scratchers. For instance, have you heard of tomibeli? He made a new years project and I remixed it first. Turns out, it got front paged. If I would see a cool remix, I would not put it up, I would do the original. I have a new scratch career, but I've been pretty helpful. If I was scratch curator, I would be fair, post good projects, and change projects frequently. Please choose me as a curator.

Sorry, you can't be a curator...
You are a New Scratcher, and New Scratchers can not be a curator.
Sorry.

Think I can get a chance when I am a Scratcher?

No Scratch Team member has ever said New Scratchers can't be curator, it's just a myth.

Don't you think that the ST would correct that if it was false??

Hello, i am godbisset. If any of you are readng this i will be amazed and thankfull, now onto why i would like to be curated.
As you may know from looking at my progects i like simulation or small mini games. as i am constantly thinking of new ideas (such as a spring simulator i am currently working on) i will allways be blurting out new progects. some of my favourate progects are:
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/mavaje/1720528 - even tho it is slightly glitchy it is a very good simulator even doing spliting beams and other neat things.
http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/amcerbu/2182230 - this ball simulator is even 1s1s1s, havent found any glitches and very fast.
I hope this message will get noticed, i dout it will but even more i hope i get curated and scratch lives on through the ages.

It wouldn't really be fair, when there's loads of users who haven't even been curator once, so I'm gonna say no, though I may be wrong.

Reposting and updating with new projects to curate
Hi Scratch team,
A month ago, I spent the two weeks looking around for awesome projects with under 100 views, just to see how many I could find. Guess what? I was dumbstruck. I found really epic coding which had 12 views for a year. I picked the top few and put them in a gallery called To Curate to see if I could get to be curator and feature them. Here are the reasons behind some of the picks:
[the gallery]
Pizza Timer | 129 views (56 when I first saw it... ) was a clever solution to a real-life problem. It shows a language as simple as Scratch can be effective in real life.
Mechanics | 106 views is a very professionally done platformer, the creator deserves recognition for it. Even though there are a few levels, they are well done and are dripping with effort.
Tetris | 33 views is a nicely programmed, highly glitch-free game. It shows you don't need high-level graphics to get a good effect.
Advice | 31 views is a hilarious and simple program that randomly gives, well, advice. The language construction is good, all random sentences have proper grammar. It's quite interesting to see the clever scripts as efficient English grammar construction is not easy.
Our Solar System | 65 views is a simple model of our solar system. But it is cool because rather than orbiting in boring inaccurate circular paths, it uses true velocity and the inverse-square law to orbit in ellipses.
Repulsion | 141 views is just fun to play with. It consists of lots of dots which repel the mouse. It's very professionally done, though, with edge wrapping and friction. It beats Club Penguin's Puffle Roundup engine any day.
Physics Chamber | 131 views is a nice, accurate demonstration of an orb on a string.
torpedo | 83 views is a simple project, but the graphics are extremely clever.
Bezier Curve | 37 views is useful if you want to know what a bezier curve is, it is easy to play around with.
I hope you consider me. The above users deserve the recognition they would get by getting curated. You can check out the gallery mentioned above, I'm still collecting projects, so there are more to see over there!

I would like to become a curator. I have only been on Scratch for a few months, but I've made more than 50 projects, and I love doing collabs, art trades and giving nice comments.
I have a passion for cats, and once had the honor to be asked, "Are you obsessed with cats?" on a project.
So, in the end, I would like to be the best curator ever.

I have been on scratch for 3 years almost now. I want to make a big imprint in scratch. If you see my game reviewer, I know how to find the right game. I never see games on the front page. I usually see poorly drawn animations that get up there by people who are bored.

Hey, SGM. I'm glad that you want to be a curator. It's really fun, if I do say so myself. :3
But um, there have been lots of really good games on the front page. And even if there hadn't been, it doesn't seem like that needed to be the biggest part in your speech.
I would suggest that you talk more about what kind of games you would curate instead.

I would like to be a curator because i would like to give lesser known people a chance to get some views on there project with good animation, graphics, music and such

I've always wanted to become a Curator. I love games and animations that I just wish I could be a Curator and put that project on the front-page. Please tell me your answer. Thanks so double much for your time!
