how do you get your profile picture to move. :3 Ive seen it every where but still i have no clue how to.

You need an animated GIF file.

Add a GIF. Now I don't know how to add one, but...

May I just add, if you are going to use a Gif File, you must make sure it is small enough, with a small(-ish) amount of pixels too. But Yes, it's possible to make profile icons move Scratch On!
