This is a post I just found while lazily trawling through documents on my laptop. I saved it because I found it touching:

For me, too. I'm in the process of deciding who I am at the time. TDD, you live across the ocean from me. ACROSS THE OCEAN. I won't ever be abl to see you if you leave. Hmm, to show that I care, why don't I write a poem for you, too:

She shares my pain
Yet I've no clue who she is
She is always close
Yet she lives so far away
We wish
She wouldn't
Fly off
Into reality.
We wish
She could stay
But it's her choice
She must fly
But her wing is broken
And so am I.

Screw the haters. They can just go hate someplace else. We all love you, TDD. No matter what, we all love you. :')

I think this is the original, unedited post. Don't quote me on that, but it's the beautiful poem that I care about. It's so touching & I never made a note of who wrote it for me. I know it was someone from old Misc, they wrote it when I announced I was leaving. And I did leave, eventually. I never come on any more but I wish there was a way of staying in touch with everyone ;_;

Does anyone remember who wrote this or was it you?

Also this thread is for posting poetry in general. I shall write a poem shortly and post it. c:

Quite a while back, it was on the So Long & Goodnight thread I made, if I recall correctly ^^ My poetry just rambles. -_-
I think it was either Blackdog100, Wickimen, or one of the other users that actually liked me.

I wondered once, about my life,
How much of it is real?
What does, what is, what seems to be;
Is life what I can touch and feel?
Perhaps it's all inside my mind,
and nothing's right or true...
I wondered that, and then I knew
That life without you wouldn't do
My friends, I know, are such great guys
I could never hope to realise
The wonders of comrades like mine,
Too vastly, hugely labyrinthine
For such a sluggish, slow, small brain
To recreate and ascertain
And so I know the world I see
Can't hope to come from only me.

I was trying for a love poem a while back and it sort of... twisted and mutated horribly into this philosophically questioning poem tongue
