That's your problem. The only thing IE is good for is downloading Firefox.

Just saying, Firefox and Chrome are probably your best choices for Windows computers.
I suggest Firefox for customisability and Chrome for speed, but they both do a very good job at both things 
IE shouldn't be considered a reliable browser.
