So I finally got unlazy enough to charge my camera, and took a bunch of pictures of crafts and whatnot.
Shoebox TARDIS--outside
Shoebox TARDIS--inside
I painted a wooden box to look like a TARDIS. The effect was astonishingly bad.
Psychedelic shoebox dollhouse for mice. I don't play with them anymore, but I do love tiny stuff.
Zoomed in on the psychedelic kitchen. The table is an Altoids box covered with fabric.
The front door of the psychedelic shoebox.
Obviously I didn't make my typewriter, but I wanted to put it up anyway. It got fixed recently
Dollhouse kitchen. I made the apple pie.
This apple pie
And a baguette
Dental floss handheld time machine held above my messy craft station
Mini bed. For some reason I thought it'd give it a cool effect to put it on the piano, but it just looks sort of random
Just an Altoids tin. Nothing to see here.
Or is there?? Much like the TARDIS, the handheld time machine has a deceiving outward appearance. I should like, casually leave it on the desk, and when the teacher says "No candy in class" I can be like "You mean my time machine??" I was going for a steampunk-esque kind of look. It involved taking apart a few clocks. All I got from that was a couple of plastic gears, though.

So that's what your hands look like! I've always wondered. Anyway, I really like the inside of the Tardis! It's very impressive.

Hmmmmmm
What does this have to do with scratch???
Also, do you know how to use scratch?

I like the Altoids tin contai - I mean, the time machine.
In lieu of metal gears, maybe you could try printing pictures of metal gears and gluing the images in?

You would probably be at least vaguely interested in this. It's some person (lady?) who does ridiculously realistic, tiny food from polymer. It's kind of scary how good some of it is.
For the Altoid thing, you should stick some wire in there. And more metal stuff (gears, chains, springs, random buttons).

@cheddargirl: Thanks Good idea; actual metal gears are hard to find, so maybe printing them would work too.
@luiysia: Oh yeah, fairchildart! I was looking at her stuff, which made me want to try out the pie and bread. I used her tutorial for the pie, but had to improvise a lot, which made it not as realistic. Thanks for the suggestion I've been trying to find more stuff to put in it.

This reminds me of the TARDIS nook cover I still need to make.

Looks like you have a bunch of dedication to make this stuff! That is so cool. It all came out really nicely. Except there's a bit of glare on the floss one.
Maybe i'll try the time machine trick.

@sci: Thank you
@soup: I already said the wood box was bad. Eh, if I don't insult myself heavily, you think I'm narcissistic, so I give up I didn't say it was amazing, but I spent hours taking apart clocks and stuff, so I do take a little pride in that.

The worst was the sucky TARDIS you painted on wood.
The worst thing you didn't insult yourself was the Altoids box imo. Too easy to just throw gears in and say you made some amazing thing.
While you may not think so highly of something someone made, it's still rude to say it in such a way. Try telling the creator what you liked, and give suggestions on how to make it better.

Well yeah the Altoid box was obviously impressively made, it's not great from a viewer's standpoint looking at it as art.
And the second post I made here came out much ruder than I intended.

Awesome! Is the mini-food edible?

I just love that handy pocket-sized Time Machine

@slinger--Thanks
@Pluto--Haha no, I wish. It's my first attempt at clay food, so it didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped.
@Paddle--Thank you
