Mesh is just as safe as HTTP (or in simpler terms, the internet). There aren't any simple ways to encrypt things that are sent between Mesh and another Mesh. Which is the main reason why I created the Scratch Cryptography collaboration. So we can create a secure connection between Mesh and a server.
In general, I think Mesh is a really good feature, whether using it to connect to real servers, or to another Scratch program.

I think exactly the same thing about this. I find mesh really good, because its usefull-ness.
