I believe the Scratch Team has discouraged the use of http://punbb-hosting.com/. I don't remember the exact reasons (or even if they did) but it is a heavily spammed website. So I would encourage using another hosting, and preferably not FluxBB since those types of forums in general get spammed a lot.

My I ran my own forums but didn't host them with PunBB Hosting and they still got spammed. Now I will never use PunBB again.

I tried PunBB Hosting and wasn't able to log in, so I gave it up.

I totally agree, but some people don't have the knowledge to do so, and so then simple website builders can be quite useful.
I do know how to build a website, and in fact have done so, but i will still occasionally use a website builder with a WYSIWYG editor, just because it's simple and quick.

while programming the website yourself is proffessional, it also costs money. I take advantage of weebly's html editor, because then i have the programming skills nessessary to bypass the restrictions they make on free accounts.

Not if you use a free host, like 000webhost.com.

Once my programming skills advance to a preferred level to my liking, I will start programming websites on my own-completely, and not just through weebly. until then...weebly it is!

Indeed. I just use builders for the CSS. Then I steal the html and edit it.

I don't want the websites I build in my browser

000webhost.com can have a good CMS... if you make it yourself. For example, I host cfagency.org on 000webhost.

Update: All requests so far added, & websites are no longer listed in top priority!
I'm reporting this topic to the mods saying to change the title of this topic to "Good websites that can be used to create a free website!"

You should probably separate these into web hosts and website creators. It's too confusing for people who don't know the difference now.
By the way, has anyone seen any free python hosting? I'm sick of PHP now.
