I don't think it will be THAT bad. This is stuff most people post or you can figure out pretty easily. Plus, don't fill it in if you think it is too personal. I don't think it even qualifies as personal info. Plus, its at two - 80 years intervals.

You might want to provide an objective for the team (such as a joint project, animation, etc.) so that the members you do have can hone their skills and start to get acquainted to some quality teamwork.

Also, as noted before in this thread, it would be best if you omitted the part in the application form that asks for an applicant's age and location. You can find a user's location within his/her profile page, near the avatar. Some people might turn away from joining if they see that age is a factor in joining (even if you don't think so). Plus, it could be a chance at discrimination (regardless of however unlikely I would find this situation to arise).

P.S., if I am working on anything, I will have to continually upload it because, often, the save feature on my games doesn't work. Luckily, SCRATCH 2.0 will probably fix that in 10 days. (Is it ten? The release is April 29th, right?)
