problem in "popular tags"
I noticed the แอนนิเมชั่น tag in the "popular tag" block. As I was curious, I clicked it and... I didn't see any project listed below. How can a tag be popular if no projects seems to be grouped under it?

The main problem seem that by default, right after clicking the tag, you see the "most loved" projects, and this list is empty. Then, if you click on "most recent", you see 3 projects. But even 3 projects is a bit too little for a "popular" tag...

That does seem weird. 
I wonder what the exact criteria are for being a "popular" tag.
