On a more related note, I agree with XenoK. I just cannot read it when people use chatspeak, or, even worse, slang.

You won't be able to use it on the library computer because Scratch needs to be downloaded and installed. You can opt to download the Scratch software on a pen drive that you can carry around, though.
The download link is found at the bottom of every Scratch webpage, the support link found on the top page shows stuff you can use to get started using Scratch.

First, seeing as he is only using a library computer, he can't download it, and second, if he uses more language like [removed], he's going to get banned...
