Re: Change the Creative Commons (CC) License?

Also, I'd like to change that to non-commercial too.  how about you choose what license to put it under when uploading for Scratch 2.0?

So if I'm hearing this correctly.... Disabling downloading and remixing projects is illegal?

Not illegal, per se, but saying something in the project notes like "Don't remix this project" doesn't really hold precedence since the Terms of Use allows for remixes.

I think saying "Dont remix this" will encourage people to remix.  tongue

But, good catch! It should be updated. If some company used my projects as logos or something I think I would be mad  yikes

Re: Change the Creative Commons (CC) License?

So from what I understood of the topic post, right now I can actually gain profit from somebody else's project, is that correct?

yes.  That is correct, which is why it should be non-commercial.  If they want to put it in some magazine, ask the owner, and they can then waive those restrictions.
