What part to you want to move? You can move the whole Scratch window pretty easily.

Are you referring to the stage? You can't move it, but you can set it to half-size.

Hi! Welcome! Not sure what you mean by 'move the screen'.
If you mean move the window, click on the bar on the top and drag it around.
If you mean move the stage, I dont know if that's possible- you can set it to half size and full screen, using the buttons by the green flag.
If you mean turn fill screen off, Shift-click the R in the scratch logo, and select 'Turn fill screen off'.
I hope this helps, if you could clarify what you mean exactly by 'move the screen' it would help.

Oh, I now understand.
Shift-Click R, turn fill screen off, then right click the white area. Select the "Open" tab, and click "Scratch". Shift click R again then select "Turn fill screen on"
