No you actually did create the topic twice, so I suggest you delete one. Anyway, were you logged into your account? I have no real resolutions, but thats a possible question you'd be asked to know what happened.

One time I was just going to go onto Scratch, and it said I'd been banned, but it was really my sister.  She got banned and got our entire IP address blocked from the site.  Do you have a brother or sister who spams?

Spam is when someone goes on to forums/emails random people linking to their site/product.

Posting in old threads is called necroposting and is generally discouraged though.

Necroposting is spam.

Not always...I would say if the post is still relevant to the topic, it is not spam.  And it should not necessarily be discouraged.  For example, in this case somebody learned a bit about what it means to spam - something everybody should learn 

True... But it wasn't really, at least not that i could see. :S
