Presentation - 8.5
I honestly can't think of hardly anything that you could possible change in the presentation, other than maybe the buttons on the bottom during the in-game screen being a little cluttered. I'm reserving a 9 or a 10 only because I have seen a couple (very very few) projects that were maybe a tad bit better. Great presentation!

Gameplay - 9
Very, very addictive. The only thing that could possibly be missing is different difficulty levels which may add some complexity to the game, and maybe some instructions. However, this is some of the best gameplay I have seen yet.

Graphics - 10
Finally a well-deserved 10! The graphics are great, and the explosions are jaw-dropping awesome!! Great job with the hand-drawn sprites. They are easily recognizable, and I just can't get over the explosions and how the units hide behind them, adding to the strategy element of the game. Wow.

Sound - 9
I love the soundtrack! Added an awesome feel to the game! The only thing that could possibly make this a ten is maybe some faint explosion and gun sounds in the background of the audio. Great sound!

Wow Factor - 9
The explosions, the sound, the gameplay, everything! This is the ultimate package for a quick, exciting, and re-playable game! Initial impression was awesome.

Presentation - 7.5
I love the presentation of this game! The menu has a nice look, with big buttons and simple, easy-to-read text that are easy to read. The only think that is an eyesore is the mutated finger that kind of looks like a worm that has just been cut in half. Other than that good presentation!

Gameplay - 9
The two different game modes are both simple yet addicting. They both complement each other perfectly and add to the overall feel of the project. The whole light idea is awesome too, and I am interested in how you implemented that. I would recommend adding an option for using you arrow keys though, because it can get slightly annoying. I especially noticed how the ducks continue to speed up the longer you survive when you're playing the game where you're trying to avoid them. Small things like that add difficulty and depth to the game, which really makes the project better.

Graphics - 10
The graphics in this game are really really cool! I love how you added clouds that are easily seen through, and the light doesn't obstruct your view. There is one thing that makes this project stand out in my mind though, and I really noticed it when I was specifically looking for things to critique in the graphics section. What really makes this projects' graphics great is the water! It looks extremely realistic, and the slight color changes make it feel real. It's worth downloading the project just for that water sprite!

Sound - 6.5
The sound in this game is good. The only reason that this section received the lowest score is because I had my volume turned up all of the way, and when I pressed the green flag, that trumpet at the beginning almost blew out my ears. What caught my eye was when the boat sound fluctuated depending on how much power you were giving it. That was really cool. I also liked when I got caught and there was a little duck quack and a splash. I would say that the sound was good, but maybe change the music at the beginning and add some background music for when you're in the game.

Wow Factor - 8
The two different game types add a lot of depth and gameplay to the game. It gives you options right at the beginning, so when you do die you want to play the other game type, and then you find yourself retrying the two over and oer again to try and beat the highscores. The game is simple and fun, and the feel of the game is easy to get used to and like.

Awesome game! Definitely worth my love-it and others as well. The two different game types are both simple and addicting! I recommend downloading and tearing this apart, because there were a lot of cool sprites and coding involved in making this great project, which I think could benefit a lot of peoples' projects. The only thing that I didn't like were my very first impressions which were that music and that finger drawing. Those impressions quickly faded away though, as I became immersed in the addictive gameplay of both games!

Presentation - 10
I have no idea how you did that. Absolutely stunning. Everything from the intro to the easy to read text which takes you through the basics and background of the game. Absolutely nothing to critique here.

Gameplay - 9
Very fun and addicting! I love the gameplay! All of the different difficulty levels, weapons, power-ups, the ability to play with both the keyboard and the mouse, and the implementation of the health and fuel bars are incredible. I'm going to nitpick here though because I really think this could be perfect! I would add more enemies, an even harder difficulty level (I survived fairly comfortably on futile), and I would make it pause when you visit the store. It's hard to play and buy things at the same time! But honestly this game right now offers the kind of depth and complexity that deserves to be front-paged!

Graphics - 9
Once again another solid category. The graphics are awesome! Their simplistic nature draw you in force you to look around at everything. The only thing that I would update is the enemy ship and how it is destroyed. I would add an explosion sprite or something. I think that could really put your game over the top! What I really loved was the end game graphics! Those were epic!!!

Sound - 10
The greatest soundtrack ever! Oh and amazing sound effects! I've noticed that a lot of people seem to be afraid to have both sound effects ad background music, but this is the perfect example of a game where the sound effects and background music are perfectly meshed. Nothing is too loud or too quiet! Perfect sound!

Wow Factor - 9.5
Everything from the intro, to my destroying the enemy, and then my mini, epic, blow-up video that captured my last seconds, grabbed my attention! I felt drawn in completely right from the start, and the way this was presented along with the awesome sounds, make me want to go back and play this again! This is the only thing that stopped me from giving it a 10... I felt like the addition of some sort of explosion sprite for the enemies would have made me go WOW! But aside from that (which is me very minuscule in and of itself), this game is incredibly fun and it definitely made me go WOW!

Epic project! This is an amazing project that I really really think DESERVES MORE ATTENTION than its it's getting. People check this out! It's one of the best projects I have seen so far and that includes a lot of projects that have been front-paged recently. Everything complements each other, and I have almost nothing to suggest to make this any better. There were a couple of jaw-dropping moments that made me go WOW, and that is what every scratch project should be aiming to do! Model project for a fast-paced survival game.

Presentation - 6
There isn't an intro, and it doesn't tell you how to play. However, the game is pretty self explanatory in the title, and the over feel of the game is good. The clouds in the background add some depth, and the simple presentation of this game helps it more than it hurts it.

Gameplay - 8
A very fun and addictive game! The game progressively gets harder, and the addition of velocity and physics to the game adds a ton of depth and difficulty to the game. I personally played it over and over to try and get farther each time, because the gameplay was so catchy!

Graphics - 6.5
The graphics are above average, but don't really add anything to the game. I do like however like the simple explosion sprite, and I especially like the clouds. The masses of black boxes could have been at least called something or given some sort of outline. Idk, it just seemed like it was missing something. The helicopter sprite was great!

Sound - 9
The idea to implement sound that progressively gets faster and faster as the game goes on was genius! It adds a sense of anxiousness to the game that really benefits the game type. I also liked how you added sound for the explosion! So many people forget that and I really feel like it makes the game seem more realistic. The only thing I would add is some sort of helicopter sound that could be faded underneath the music as background sound.

Wow Factor - 8
Despite the rough graphics and presentation, I really feel like this game made up for it with its gameplay and sound! The two go hand in hand and really complement each other perfectly! I have also slowly warmed up to the all black sprites as adding a simple nature to the game that gives it an arcade-type feel that I really like.

I think that this project is so close to being amazing!! The two categories it seems to excel in are the sound and gameplay categories which, I think, are the most important. They complement each other perfectly and add to the arcade/survival nature of the game. I really would like to see some updates on this, because I really think that it has a lot of potential!
